21-year-old racer Todd Gilliland has announced his intention to take part in the 2022 NASCAR series. This will happen in collaboration with the Front Row Motorsports team. Together with fellow Michael McDowell, he will pilot one of the team’s trucks.
As Todd himself stated, it is not the first time he will debut in NASCAR, speaking for FRM. “I feel like I found my home in this team,” said Gilliland. According to his convictions, this came from childhood because the athlete’s father was also a race participant.
Team Leader Seth Barbour also noted the young athlete’s crush: “Todd was part of FRM even before he started his career. We know he is committed to helping our # 38 program. ”
At the moment, Gilliland has not yet participated in the NASCAR Cup series but has managed to establish himself in the NASCAR Truck Series, having received two victories.
In addition to Todd, FRM named other team members. Among them was the name of Zane Smith, who will pilot one of the cars in the NASCAR Truck series.
